GETTING STARTED / 3 MIN READ

Your first indicator walkthrough.

What to bring to a demonstration and how to read your first chart without getting lost in the table.

Bring one familiar instrument

Start with a market you already follow. Note the full symbol, its exchange or data feed, and your usual chart timeframe. These details matter when comparing what you see with someone else’s chart.

Before access is arranged, ask which indicator release supports your market, what TradingView setup it requires, and how installation and support will work.

Read the chart before the table

Locate the support and resistance boundaries. Look at their relationship to price and any displayed pattern. Ask which elements the indicator draws and which parts of an example are the presenter’s interpretation.

Then move to the M15, H1 and H4 ratings. Inspect each component and its timestamp before looking at the weighted total. If a value is N/A, clarify why instead of treating it as a neutral signal.

Make sure you can repeat the process

A useful first session ends with you being able to find the relevant lines, explain the table in your own words, and recognize when data is unavailable or older than expected.

Confirm access duration, price, support and update terms with the team. The indicator is a tool for your own chart analysis; it is separate from a subscription to prepared trading signals.
